Refund policy

At Divine Beauty Galore and More, every item is made with love and customized just for you. Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is an error or fault on our part. We ask that customers double-check all details (including spelling, photos, and color preferences) before submitting.

Drinkware (Tumblers, Cups, Mugs, etc.)

Due to health and hygiene concerns, all drinkware is final sale. No exceptions will be made unless the item arrives damaged due to our error.

General Returns

Returns for non-custom items must be:

• Approved by our team prior to being sent back

• Returned within 7 days of delivery

• In unused, original condition

• Shipped at the customer’s expense

Any unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

Important Note

Please make your selections carefully and wisely. Every item is made to order and created specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once your order has been placed and production has started.
