2. Products & Services
All products are made to order. Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details submitted are correct. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before processing any orders. We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other trusted gateways.
4. Processing Time & Shipping
Processing time is typically 2–7 business days depending on size of the order. Shipping time varies based on the method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order is in the possession of the carrier.
5. Return Policy
Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. Custom orders and drinkware are non-returnable unless the item is defective due to our error. All returns must be approved and shipped at the customer’s expense within 7 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, templates, and graphics, are the property of Divine Beauty Galore and More, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website, products, or services.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review all customization details carefully before placing an order.
