1. Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom and photo orders may require additional time depending on complexity and order volume.


2. Shipping Time

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Please note: Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or unforeseen carrier delays.


3. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided via email or text once your order has shipped. You can use this to follow your package directly through the carrier’s website.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including those for approved returns.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a photo (for damaged items)

  • We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier or provide a resolution if the issue was on our end


7. Local Pickup or Delivery

Currently, we do not offer local pickup or delivery unless explicitly arranged via text or email.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally. U.S. shipping only.
